摘　　要：对新疆冰雪旅游与冰雪运动发展的不平衡进行研究,目的在于找出新疆冰雪运动发展缓慢的原因,为新疆冰雪运动的复兴与发展提供参考。This article makes a research on the disequilibrium in development between ice- snow tourism and ice- snow sports in XingJiang,in order to find the weason why the ice- snow sports in XingJiang develops so slowly, meanwhile, makes a suggestion to the reviviscence and development of it through the methods of literature, expert interview and survey.
