轮滑弯道交叉步滑行教学方法初探

摘　　要：运用文献资料法、对照实验法、数理统计法、归纳分析法等研究方法,对在学习弯道交叉步滑行前先学习双脚支撑惯性转弯的作用进行分析。结果表明先学习双脚支撑惯性转弯、后学习弯道交叉步滑行的实验组,在练习弯道交叉步滑行的时候,向侧蹬地动作正确率明显高于在学习直道前滑后直接学习弯道交叉步滑行的对照组。With the methods of documentary, control experiments, statistics and induction, we have analyzed the effect of inertia- turning on two- feet before learning of cross- step left - turn in slide.The results show that for the group who learned the skill of inertia - turning on two - feet before the cross - step left- turn,the accurate rate in performing stretching- out - feet side - to- earth is much higher than the controlled group who learned the skill of cross - step left - turn right after the straight - forward skill in slide.
