摘  要:采用气相色谱-质谱仪对繁殖期雌性江黄颡鱼卵巢、肝胰腺及肌肉的脂肪酸组成进行定性定量分析。结果表明,卵巢脂肪酸有21种、肝胰腺脂肪酸有19种、肌肉脂肪酸有18种,且三者脂肪酸含量有2个共同特点:⑴单不饱和脂肪酸(MUFA)含量>饱和脂肪酸(SFA)含量>多不饱和脂肪酸(PUFA)含量;⑵n-3系列脂肪酸与n-6系列脂肪酸的含量之比均大于1。SFA含量以卵巢最多,达(31.98±0.15)%;MUFA含量以肝胰腺最多,达(55.67±1.42)%;卵巢PUFA含量较肝胰腺高89.93%,其中C20:5n3、C22:6n3含量均以卵巢中最多,分别为(2.01±0.06)%和(11.95±0.17)%。因此,在雌性江黄颡鱼亲鱼的培育阶段,可以考虑投喂n-3系列脂肪酸含量较高的饲料,以提高亲鱼卵粒质量和鱼苗成活率。The fatty acid composition in ovary, muscle and hepatopancreas tissues of Peheobagrus vachelli was analyzed qualitatively as well as quantitatively using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. The results showed the presence of 21, 18 and 19 kinds of fatty acids in ovary, muscle and hepatopanereas tissues, respectively. It was observed that in ovary, muscle and hepatopancreas possessed the highest relative content of single unsaturated fatty acid (MUFA) followed by saturated fatty acids (SFA) relative content and unsaturated acid (PUFA). Further, the relative content ratio of n-3 series fatty acids to n-6 series fatty acids was higher than 1. The relative content of SFA in ovary (31.98±0.15)% was higher than that presented in muscle and hepatopancreas, the relative content of MUFA in hepatopancreas was the highest (55.67±1.42)%. The relative content of PUFA in ovary was 89.93% higher than that of hepatopanereas, and the relative eontent of eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) (2.01±0.06)% and docosahexaenoie six acid (DHA) (11.95±0.17)% were found highest in ovary. Therefore, feeding parent Peheobagrus vachelli with high n-3 series unsaturated fatty acids could result into improved quality of parent fish eggs and the survival rate of fry.
