摘 要:通过超几何分布、二项分布、f二项分布、泊松分布等不同概率计算方法,根据数理统计和检验原理分析家蚕原种母蛾微粒子病集团检验存在的误差。结果表明,由于检验系统误差的存在,设置原种集团母蛾全数检验的质量接收(拒收)限时应更多地考虑系统误差对蚕业生产的影响,且现行标准以批病蛾率作为检验接收(拒收)质量限有待商榷。准确原种病蛾率的计算应考虑对有毒集团中出现多个病蛾的情况进行修正,用实际检验母蛾数进行计算;在不考虑缺蛾影响时,用检验无病蛾集团出现概率作为合格标准的判断方法亦可行。The present study is an attempt to analyze the system error in inspecting the pebrine disease in parent moth from mathematical and statistical principles by hypergeometric distribution, binomial distribution and poisson distribution methods. The systematic errors in sampling of diseased moth and their influence on the actual sericulture production must be considered additionally when the received (or rejected) limit of inspection quality of all group parent moth was set. Further, it is most important to take the pebrine contamination rate of parent moth into account, using the quality limit of received (or rejected) samples as standard. The pebrine contamination rate of parent moth must be calculated accurately, because there are possibilities of several diseased moths in a pebrine-infeeted group, and the rate of diseased moth should be calculated in relation to actual number of moths. Using these parameters, the probability of errors in sampling plan for pebrine in silkworm eggs can be minimized significantly.
