腰椎间盘突出症的综合治疗

摘　　要：目的：观察运用三雏多功能牵引床、其他理疗设备、推拿疗法等综合治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效及机制．方法：将288例患者分为治疗组和对照A、B组，对照A组采用间歇牵引、电脑中频、超短波、药物对症治疗。对照B组采用电脑中频、针灸、超短波、药物对症治疗。治疗组采用三维多功能牵引床、电脑中频、推拿手法及药物对症治疗，每天1次，5次为一疗程．观察三组治疗前后的临床症状的变化。结果：治疗组和对照组分别有149例和95、44例患者进入结果分析。治疗后三组主要症状均有所改善。结论：研究表明腰椎牵引有以下一些机制：减轻椎间盘压力，促使髓核不同程度回纳，可以使椎间隙增大，后纵韧带紧张，有利于突出髓核不同程度回纳或改变与神经根相对位置关系；可以促进炎症消退；解除肌肉痉挛；解除腰椎后关节负载等。经运用SPSS11．5统计软件统计学处理，治疗组疗效较观察组为优，有统计学意义。Observation utilization three dimensional multi--purpose hauling bed, other physical therapy equipment, massage therapy and so on complex therapy waist intervertebral disc prominent sickness curative effect and mechanism. Method：Divides into 288 example patients the treatment group and compares A,B group, compares A group to use the intermittent hauling,the computer in5 termediate frequency,the ultrashort wave,the medicine just right for the illness treatment. Compares B group to use the computer intermediate frequency,the acupuncture and moxibustion, the ultrashort wave, the medicine just right for the illness treatment. The treatment group uses the three dimensional multi--purpose hauling bed, the computer intermediate frequency, the massage technique and the medicine just right for the illness treatment,daily 1 time,5 times are a treatment course. Around observes three groups to treat the clinical symptom change. Results.. Treats the group and the control group has 149 examples separately and 95,44 example patients enters the result analysis. Treats the latter three groups of main symptoms to have the improvement. The conclusion re- search below indicated the lumbar vertebra hauling has some mechanisms：Reduces the intervertebral disc pressure,urges the nucleus pulposus varying degree to return accepts,may cause the intervertebral crack to increase, the latter ligamentum longitudinale is anx- ious,is advantageous returns to accepts or the change and the nerve root relative position relations in the prominent nucleus pulposus varying degree,May promote the inflammation retrogression,Relieves the muscle convulsion ~ After relieves the lumbar vertebra the joint load and so on. After utilizes SPSSll. 5 statistics software statistics processing, the treatment group curative effect compares the observation group for superiorly,has statistics significance.
