摘　　要：方法：骶管注射药物后手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症术后腰腿痛139例，采用自身前后对照分析，按疗效评定标准进行治疗前后统计。结果：本法能明显缓解腰腿痛（P〈0．01），恢复直腿抬高功能（P〈0．01），症状体征消失率达70％。结论：说明大部分腰椎间盘突出症术后腰腿痛仍是可以经过本法获得近期治愈的。Methods：The sacral canal injection medicine the technique treatment waist intervertebral disc prominent sickness technique the pain in waist and lower extremities 139 examples, use own around check analysis, carries on around the treatment according to the curative effect evaluation standard to count. Result：This law can alleviate the pain in waist and lower extremities obviously （P 〈0.01）, restores the straight leg to raise the/unction （P〈0. 01） ,symptom symptom vanishing rate reaches 70%. Conclusion： Alter explained the majority of waist intervertebral disc prominent sickness technique the pain in waist and lower extremities still was may pass through this law to obtain the near future to cure.
