摘　　要：目的：通过总结造影剂的过敏反应的护理经验，降低过敏反应，提高病人在CT增强扫描中的安全性。方法：对2009年100例进行CT增强扫描患者进行回顾性分析，结合临床护理经验教训，采取相应的预防及护理对策。结论：100例患者使用造影剂后，有1例在皮试时发生轻度过敏反应，其余99例全部扫描成功。Through the summary contrast medium allergic reaction nursing experience, reduces allergic reaction, enhances patient＇s in CT enhancement scanning security. Methods： 100 examples carries on the CT enhancement to 2009 to scan the patient to carry on the review analysis, the union clinical nursing experience lesson, adopts the corresponding prevention and the nursing coun- termeasure. Conclusion ：100 example patients use the contrast medium, some 1 example in Pi Shishi has mild allergic reaction,other 99 examples scan completely successfully.
