摘　　要：目的：探讨甲钴胺（甲基维生素B12）对神经损伤的神经再生作用并对比不同剂量甲基维生素B12（甲钴胺）的神经再生作用。方法：将58例81指神经损伤术后的病例，根据病历号随机分为3组：A组：甲基维生素B12（甲钴胺）I500微克肌注每日一次共一月后改500微克口服每日三次共四月；B组：维生素B12500微克肌注每日一次共一月后改500微克每日三次口服共四月；C组：阴性对照组。术后随访4～6月，平均随访5．6个月，定期测定手指指腹的30g压觉，2g触觉，5g痛觉以及两点辨别觉。结果：三组对照，实验组手指感觉恢复均明显优于阴性对照组，1500微克甲钴胺组感觉恢复优于500微克维生素组。结论：甲钴胺对指神经损伤的恢复有促进作用，且与药物的剂量呈正相关。Objective：The discussion armor cohalamine （methyl Vitamin B 12） affects and contrasts different dosage methyl Vitamin B 12 （armor cobalamine） the neuranagenesis function to the neurotrosis neuranagenesis. Results^Three groups compare,the experimental group finger felt restores obviously surpasses the negative control group, 1500 microgram armor cobalamine group felt restores surpasses 500 microgram Vitamin groups, Conclusion：The armor co- balamine to refers to the neurotrosis the restoration to have the promoter action,also with medicine dosage present correlation.
