摘　　要：目的：观察针灸配合超短波红外线（TDP）治疗颞下颌关节功能紊乱综合征的临床疗效，寻找治疗颞颌关节功能紊乱的最佳方法。方法：针刺下关等穴位，同时配合局部TDP照射，留针30分钟，每日一次，10天为一疗程，；超短波治疗每次15min，每日一次，10天为一疗程。结果：痊愈占75％；显效占23．8％，总有效率为98．8％。结论：针刺配合超短波红外线（TDP）治疗颞颌关节功能紊乱综合征效果满意。Objective：The Observation acupuncture and moxibustion coordination ultrashort＇wave infrared （TDP） treatment nie lower jaw joint function disorder synthesis drafts the clinical curative effect,seeks the treatment nie jaw joint function disorder the best method. Methods：Acupunc- ture points and so on acupuncture Hsiakuan, simultaneously coordinate the partial TDP illumination, keeps the needle 30 minutes,daily one time, 10 days are a treatment course % Ultrashort wave treatment each time 15rain,daily one time, 10 days is a treatment course. Results：The healing accounts for 75 %The appearance accounts for 23.8 %, the total effectiveness is 98.8%.
