摘　　要：目的：探讨芙气与阴部神经阻滞麻醉联合应用减轻分娩过程中各个环节的产痛。方法：在分娩中的第一产程使用笑气填痛，进入第二产程后采用阴部神经阻滞麻醉。结果：200例中有170例产妇使用本法后有效减轻了分娩疼痛，缩短了产程。结论：茭气用于第一产程，使产妇处于亚麻醉状态，既可战轻产痛，亦可使产妇保持清醒，更好地配合了产程的进展；阴部神经阻滞麻醉是一种区域性麻醉，既可阻断分娩时套阴及盒底组织的疼痛，亦可松弛阴道组织，降低了会阴撕裂伤的发生率。Objeeitve：Discusses the laughing gas and the pudic nerve hinders the anaesthesia union application to reduce in the childbirth process each link to produce the pain. Methods： In the childbirth first course of childbirth use laughing gas analgesia, after enters the second course of child- birth to use the pudie nerve to hinder the anaesthesia. Results：In 200 examples had 170 example parturient women to use this law to reduce the childbirth ache effectively,reduced the course of childbirth. Conclusions：the laughing gas uses in the first course of childbirth,causes the parturient woman to be at the Asian anaesthesia condition, also may reduce produces the pain, also may make the parturient woman to maintain soberly, coordinated the course of childbirth progress well;The pudie nerve hinders the anaesthesia is one regional anaesthesia, when may block the childbirth the perineum and the trough bottom organization＇s ache, also may relax the vagina organization, reduced the perineum to rip the lacerated wound the formation rate.
