前房穿刺在青光眼深层巩膜咬切术中的应用

摘　　要：前房穿刺术包括诊断性前房穿刺和治疗性前房穿刺，后者主要治疗前房积血、眼化学伤、视网膜中央动脉阻塞等。近年来，随着眼科显微手术的进展，很多手术中都采用前房穿刺来协助手术的进行，如白内障超生乳化、小瞳孔玻璃体切割手术等。青光眼深层巩膜咬切术中采用前房穿刺，在深层巩膜咬除以前进行，降低眼内压，确保在深层巩膜咬除过程中虹膜组织不突出，有利于手术的进行，手术中器械不过多地接触虹膜组织，对虹膜组织损伤小，术后瞳孔圆整，虹膜色素脱落现象明显低于术中虹膜脱出者，手术反应轻。The anteroom puncture method including the diagnosis anteroom puncture and the medical anteroom puncture,the latter mainly treats the anteroom hcmatocele,the eye chemistry wound,retina central artery blocking and so on. In recent years, along with the ophthalmology depart- ment microsurgery progress, in very many surgeries all used the anteroom puncture to assist the surgery march,like cataract excess birth emulsified, the small pupil vitreous body cutting surgery and so on. Glaucoma in--depth scierotic nips cuts in the technique to use the anteroom puncture,nipped in--depth scierotic except before carried on, reduces the intraocular pressure,guaranteed nips in--depth sclerotic except the process in the iris organi- zation is not prominent, is advantageous to surgery march, in the surgery the instrument not excessively many contacts the iris organization, damaged slightly to the iris organizatlon,after technique pupil circle entire,the iris pigment fell off the phenomenon to be lower than in obviously the technique the prolapse of iris,the surgery responded lightly.
