摘　　要：吞咽障碍是脑卒中常见的合并症。患者常因禁食或进食方法不当而造成脱水、营养不良、吸入性肺炎，甚至窒息。如能及时进行吞咽康复训练、可明显减少并发症。2006年1月至2008年2月，我们尝试对脑卒中吞咽障碍者进行康复训练，取得了良好效果，报告如下。Swallows swallows the harrier is the apoplexy common complications. Patient Chang Yin fasts or the feed method not when creates the dehydration, the malnutrition, the imbedibility pneumonia, even suffocates. If can carry on promptly swallows swallows the recovery training,may re- duce the complication obviously. From January, 2006 to February, 2008, we attempts to the apoplexy swallows swallows the barrier to carry on the re- covery training,has obtained the good effect,the report as follows.
