摘　　要：为夯实范式基础、满足监管需求、确立基本架构、保障模式成功,论述典范操作的四种具体功能、发展演变的历史源流和完善操作的五项策略措施。指出若对主体行为采用数值型的固定记分,则缺失整体上的正当性和合理性;应当发展和依托各种尤其是非相机性监管措施以承载和规范档次认定,凭借措施与档次的多种组合形成常规形式、丰富应对方式。模式可通向灰色集成与分类范式。To tamp pattern basis, meet supervision need, establish operation framework and ensure pattern success, this paper expounds four concrete function, historical evolutional origin and five strategic measures of typical operation.It points out it would lost whole rightness and rationality if using numerical-typed fixed scoring for body-behavior; we should develop and depend on various and especially non-contingent supervising measures to bear and standardize concrete operation, to form routine mode, enrich coping strategies with the resort to various mix of supervising measures and behavior grade. The pattern may lead to the paradigm of grey integration and classification.
