摘　　要：现阶段我国低碳建筑市场缺乏政策、经济、技术等的有效支撑,其市场运行状况有待改善。为此分析我国低碳建筑市场的现状及原因,阐述低碳建筑的发展与推广,构建新的低碳建筑市场运行模式。At this stage, low-carbon building market is lack of effective support of policy, economy, technology and so on, and the condition of market operation needs to be improved. This paper analyses the status quo and its reasons of low-carbon building market in China, explains the roads of the development and promotion of low-carbon building, and sets up the new market operation mode of low-carbon building.
