摘　　要：分析了目前我国高层管理者很少直接使用管理信息系统的原因，指出了高层管理者直接使用管理信息系统是实现管理现代化、决策科学化的关键，论述了ＥＩＳ的产生背景，分析了ＥＩＳ与ＭＩＳ的差异。The reason why only few top managers in all-lavel of organizations use computer-based IC to support their management and decision is investigated. It is suggested that top manaters using computer-based IC directly is critical to management modernization and decision scientification in our country. A brief discussion on EIS and its current status both at home and overseas is given, and some essential issues about the theories, approaches and key techniques of EIS are proposed as well.
