摘　　要：本文对现有主要建筑能耗模拟软件的特点进行了介绍,在此基础上,结合笔者的实际应用经验,分析了专业人员在软件应用中经常遇到的问题,最后对建筑能耗模拟软件的发展提出了一些建议。In this paper,the characteristics of current main energy consumption simulation software were firstly introduced. And then, with the author＇s experience, the common problems occurred during the application process were analyzed. Finally, some suggestions on development of building energy consumption simulation software were presented.
