摘 要:目的探讨整合素连接激酶(ILK)和蛋白激酶B(PKB)在正常脑组织及脑胶质瘤组织中的表达及临床病理意义。方法采用免疫组织化学SP染色技术测定8例正常脑组织及51例脑胶质瘤组织中ILK和PKB的表达。结果ILK和PKB蛋白在正常脑组织中均阴性表达,而在各级别胶质瘤组织中均有不同程度的表达,并随着胶质瘤恶性程度的增高,ILK和PKB表达的阳性细胞率逐渐增高,其在高级别胶质瘤中的表达明显高于低级别胶质瘤(P<0.05)。在胶质瘤中ILK和PKB蛋白表达呈显著正相关(r=0.95,P<0.05)。结论ILK和PKB蛋白在脑胶质瘤中的表达与肿瘤的临床病理分级密切相关,可能参与胶质瘤的发生发展,联合检测有助于判断胶质瘤恶性程度及预后。Objective To investigate the expressions of integrin linked kinase (ILK) and protein kinase B (PKB) in normal brain tissues and glioma tissues and analyze their clinical pathological significance. Methods The SP immunohistochenmical method was used to detect the expressions of ILK and PKB in 8 eases of normal brain tissues and 51 cases of human glioma samples. Results ILK and PKB protein were negative expressed in normal brain tissues. In glionka samples of different grades, the expression levels of ILK and PKB inereased significantly with the increase of tumor malignancy. There was significant difference in the positive expressions of ILK and PKB between high grade and low grade glioma tissues (P 〈0. 05 ). The expression of ILK was correlated positively with the expression level of PKB (r =0.95, P 〈0.05). Conclusion The expressions of ILK and PKB are closely correlated with the clinical pathological grades, which may promote the oncogenesis and progression of human gliomas. The combined detection of ILK and PKB is helpful for the evaluation of tumor malignancy and prognosis.
