摘　　要：结合三峡黄腊石滑坡灾害情况，计算了在长江不同水位的情况下，黄腊石失稳后滑坡体滑速、入江产生的最大涌浪及涌浪传播，分析了其对上下游重要城镇和建筑物的影响．Based on the disaster of the Three Gorges Huanglashi landslide, the author calculated the sliding speed of the landslide and its maximum surge, also analyzed its effect on the important towns and buildings located at the upstream and downstream.
