摘 要:目的探讨常规高场强磁共振联合两种常规检查用显微镜线圈(内径23mm和内径47mm)在小鼠MR成像中的价值。方法采用Achieva1.5T超导磁共振成像仪和其配套的两种显微镜线圈,在不同的位置摆放组合下,对15只小白鼠体部进行TSE序列T1WI和T2WI横断位扫描。计算肝脏、右侧肾脏、右侧颈后部肌肉的信噪比(SNR),分析图像质量并观察小鼠内部脏器结构。结果在相同序列条件下,mic-47-中央组合所获图像的SNR最高,mic-47-表面及mic-23-表面所获图像的SNR相近,mic-47-中央组合扫描所得图像质量最佳,可以清晰显示腹腔脏器和血管结构。结论常规显微镜线圈和1.5T高场强磁共振成像仪相结合可清晰地显示小鼠体部解剖结构,为开展基础实验提供准确可靠的影像学信息。Objective To discuss the value of integrating routine highfield-magnetic resonance with two routine microscopy coils(23 mm and 47 mm in diameter)in mouse magnetic resonance imaging.Methods Adopting Achieva 1.5 Tesla superconductive MR and two microscopy coils,fifteen mice were scanned by different coil-position combinations to accepted TSE-T1-weighted and TSE-T2-weighted transverse axial images.Signal-to-noise ratio(SNR)of liver,right kidney,right-posterior part muscle of cervix was calculated.The quality of images was analyzed.The structures of mouse internal organs were observed.Results Using same sequence,the SNR of mic-47-center was the highest.The SNR of mic-47-surface was approximate to that of mic-23-surface.Image quality of mic-47-center was the best,the organ and blood vessel of abdomen could be displayed clearly.Conclusion Anatomic structure of mouse could be displayed clearly by integrating routine 1.5 Tesla MRI with routine microscopy coil,which could provide fundamental experiment with accurate and reliable imaging information.
