摘　　要：目的探讨重组人红细胞生成素(rhEPO)对大鼠肝切除后肝再生的促进作用。方法大鼠建立70%肝切除模型后分为两组:实验组术后30min经尾静脉注射累计4000IU/kgrhEPO(每天1333IU/kgrhEPO,连用3d);对照组给予相同容量的生理盐水。术后1、3、5、7、14d随机各取5只大鼠处死,称取并计算肝再生率,采用速率法检测血清丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)和白蛋白(Alb),免疫组化检测肝组织增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)表达。结果术后1、3、5、7、14d实验组肝再生率较实验组明显增高(P<0.05),实验组血清ALT水平术后5、7、14d较对照组有降低(P<0.05),实验组血清Alb术后7、14d高于对照组(P<0.05),术后1、3、5、7d实验组PCNA标记指数均高于对照组(P<0.05和P<0.01)。结论rhEPO对大鼠肝切除后肝再生有促进作用。Objective To investigate the effects of recombinant human erythropoietin（rhEPO）on the hepatic regeneration in rats after partial hepatectomy.Methods Rats undergoing 70% hepatectomy were divided into 2 groups.rhEPO 4000 IU/kg was administered via vena caudalis immediately 30 minutes after operation in group T,while the same volume of saline was given in group C as the control.Five rats in each group were selected randomly and killded on the 1st,3rd,5th,7th and 14th day after operation.The ratio of hepatic regeneration,serum levels of alanine aminotransferase（ALT）and albumin（Alb）,the proliferating cell nuclear antigen（PCNA）labeling index were determined.Results The ratio of hepatic regeneration in group T was significantly higher than that in group C at all time points after operation（P〈0.05）.The serum ALT was significantly lower in group T than that in group C on the 5th,7th and 14th day after operation（P〈0.05）,while Alb was significantly higher than that in group C on the 7th and 14th day after operation（P〈0.05）.PCNA labeling index was significantly higher in group T than that in group C on the 1st,3rd,5th and 7th day after operation（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）.Conclusion rhEPO can promote the hepatic regeneration in rats after partial hepatectomy.
