摘 要:[目的]研究超声时间及药材粉碎粒度对超声法提取芦丁产率的影响,从而提高芦丁的提取效率。[方法]将不同粉碎粒度的槐花米粉末溶于碱液,超声提取不同时间后,检测不同时间点及不同粉碎粒度药材的芦丁产率,探索超声时间及粉碎粒度对芦丁提取产率的影响。[结果]粉碎至不同粒度的槐花米粉末,超声提取后所得芦丁产率在一定时间范围内均与超声时间正相关,而后呈平台趋势,在本实验条件下,采用3号筛的槐花米粉末超声5m in后即达到较高提取产率16.46%。[结论]药材粉碎粒度及超声时间对芦丁提取效率有着明显影响,超声辅助提取法较传统的碱提酸沉法具有流程短、效率高及成本低等优点。[ Objective ] To study the extraction time and the particle size of crude material which may have effects on the yield of rutin from Sophora japonica L. by ultrasonic -assisted extraction (UAE). [ Methods ] The different particle sizes of S. japonica L. were extracted with alkali - water by UAE after pulverization, and the contents of rutin were detected at different times. [ Results ] The results showed that there was a positive correlation between the particle size of crude materials and the product yield of rutin within a certain time. After pulverized to the size of 3 sieves meshes and extracted for 5 minutes, the yield of rutin from Sophora japonica L. reached 16.4%. [ Conclusions] The time and the particle size have significantly effect on the yield of rutin from Sophora japonica L. by UAE. In comparison with the acid - base extraction, the UAE has advantage of short process, high - efficiency and low - cost.
