关节腔内注射生长抑素治疗兔膝关节骨性关节炎的实验研究

摘　　要：[目的]评价生长抑素关节腔内注射治疗兔膝关节骨性关节炎的可行性。[方法]雄性新西兰白兔30只制成骨关节炎模型,随机分成实验组和对照组。造模后每天训练所有模型动物活动1 h,距离约400 mm,2周后向实验侧关节腔内注射0.5 mL生长抑素溶液(含生长抑素250μg)(实验组);向对照侧膝关节内注入盐水0.5 mL(对照组)。1次/周,连续4周。造模后笼中饲养,自由活动。造模后12周抽取实验动物关节液,用放射免疫方法测定其超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的含量;而后处死动物,取关节软骨及滑膜组织观察。[结果]与对照组相比,实验组可见软骨破坏减轻,滑膜炎症明显抑制,M ark ins评分明显降低(5.50±1.41 vs 7.80±1.25,P<0.05);关节液SOD活性明显增加(110.60±8.99 vs 69.20±7.48,P<0.05)。[结论]关节腔内注射生长抑素可使关节软骨损伤减轻,滑膜炎症得到控制,减轻关节液中SOD含量增加。[ Objective ] To observe the effects somatostain（SS） injection intraarticular on treatment of rabbit osteoarthritis. [ Methods ] Thirty male New Zealand white Rabbits were randomly divided into experiment group and control group after the model of osteoarthritis （OA） established. The rats in experiment and control groups were received intraarticular SS and saline injections one time a week, respectively. The changes of cartilage and synovia were observed histologically, and superoxide dismutase （SOD） content of synovia was detectedradioimmunologically. Mankins scale were performed. [ Results] The degeneration of the cartilage and the fiber hyperplasia of synovia in the SS group were lightened histologically. Compared with control group,the Mankins scale of the experimant group was significantly decreased （5.50 ± 1.41 vs 7.80 ± 1.25 ,P 〈 0.05 ） and the SOD content of synovia was significantly increased（ 110.60 ± 8.99 vs 69.20 ± 7.48 ,P 〈 0.05 ）. [ Conclusion] Somatostain intraarticular injection can relieve the inflammation and increase the SOD content of synovia of osteoarthritis.
