摘 要:为了研究Graves'病患者外周血单个核细胞IL-2、SIL-2R异常分泌的原因,应用细胞培养法检测了24例Graves'病,16例健康对照的外用血单个核细胞在植物血凝素刺激下IL-2产生、SIL-2R释放的状况,以及去除单核细胞对它们的影响。结果发现Graves'甲亢IL-2释放水平低于对照,而SIL-2R水平高于对照。去除单核细胞可增加Graves'病患者IL-2的产生。但以上处理对正常对照IL-2、SIL-2R产生无影响。提示单核细胞在Graves'病外周血单个核细胞IL-2产生不足中起重要作用,而SIL-2R水平增高可能与机体的免疫调节有关。in order to explore the reasons ofabnormal interleukin-2 (IL-2) and soluble interleukin-2 receptor (sIL-2R) production by phytryhaemagglutinin induced peripheral blood nuclearcells (PBMC),by using cell culture method,we investigated the IL-2 and sIL-2R production in 24Graves' patients and 16 healthy controls and the innuence of adherent cell depletion. The resultsshowed that the IL-2 level was low and sIL-2R lwvel was high in Graves' disease and monocyte depletion can arise IL-2 level to normal. But theSe treatments had no innuence to controls. It indicates thatmoncyte may play an imPOrtant role in the IL-2 lowproducing of Graves' disease and sIL-2R level canreflect the immunoregulation of the body.
