Graves'病患者外周血单个核细胞IL-2、SIL-2R的分泌及其影响因素

摘　　要：为了研究Graves'病患者外周血单个核细胞IL－2、SIL-2R异常分泌的原因，应用细胞培养法检测了24例Graves'病，16例健康对照的外用血单个核细胞在植物血凝素刺激下IL－2产生、SIL-2R释放的状况，以及去除单核细胞对它们的影响。结果发现Graves'甲亢IL－2释放水平低于对照，而SIL－2R水平高于对照。去除单核细胞可增加Graves'病患者IL－2的产生。但以上处理对正常对照IL－2、SIL－2R产生无影响。提示单核细胞在Graves'病外周血单个核细胞IL－2产生不足中起重要作用，而SIL－2R水平增高可能与机体的免疫调节有关。in order to explore the reasons ofabnormal interleukin-2 (IL-2) and soluble interleukin-2 receptor (sIL-2R) production by phytryhaemagglutinin induced peripheral blood nuclearcells (PBMC),by using cell culture method,we investigated the IL-2 and sIL-2R production in 24Graves' patients and 16 healthy controls and the innuence of adherent cell depletion. The resultsshowed that the IL-2 level was low and sIL-2R lwvel was high in Graves' disease and monocyte depletion can arise IL-2 level to normal. But theSe treatments had no innuence to controls. It indicates thatmoncyte may play an imPOrtant role in the IL-2 lowproducing of Graves' disease and sIL-2R level canreflect the immunoregulation of the body.
