电视胸腔镜手术35例临床分析

摘　　要：1997年6月至1998年7月共进行电视胸腔镜手术（Video－assistedthoracoscopicsungery，VATS）35例，均获成功。结果表明VATS为胸外科提供了一种微创手术方法，具有术野显示清楚、损伤轻、痛苦小、恢复快、住院时间短、并发症少等优点。尤其适用于年老体弱、心肺功能较差、不能耐受开胸手术的患者。病期在2～6周内的胳购，可以通过会师的方法对决VATB的手术入路．胸内小弯度针缝合严密，灵活准确，最大限度保留了正常肺组织。From June 1997 to July 1998,we performed video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery(VATS) for 35 patients successfully. The resultsshowed that VATS has the following advantages,such as operating-vision clearness, minimal trauma,painlessness, rapid recovery, fewer complication andshortened hospitalization. Especially, VATS haswell solved the problems that the old and weak patients and those who have insurfficency for heart orlung can not stand chest exploratory surgery. Thereunion operation was applied on the patients whowas loculated empy6ma within 2 to 6 weeks. Thesmall curved needle has some advantages, such aswell-knit accurated and nexible, which can mostlyconserve the normal tissues of lung.
