冠心病不同年龄亚组二级预防情况分析与对策

摘　　要：目的:分析冠心病不同年龄亚组的2级预防情况,并提出相应对策。方法:横断面分析既往有陈旧心梗病史或经冠脉造影确诊为冠心病的患者346例,分析不同年龄亚组危险因素、合并病及血糖、血脂、血压控制情况,并比较两组患者hscrp、Fib的情况,服用药物情况。结果:中青年组以吸烟、饮酒、肥胖或超重、运动少为主要危险因素,合并高脂血症较多;老年组合并病比较多,发生心血管事件的危险性高。结论:中青年组防治策略以改变生活方式为主,加强戒烟、限酒、适当增加运动、控制体重,并注意血脂的调控;而老年组患者血压控制欠佳,血生化异常,其防治策略在改善生活方式同时,尚需强化血压达标,以合理药物治疗为主,注意各个生化指标的监测与纠正。Objective： To analysis the situation and countermeasures of the Secondary Prevention of coronary heart disease in subgroups of different ages.Methods： In a cross sectional test,346 CHD patients are invesgated,they were diagnosed as old myocardial infarction or confirmed by the coronary angiography.We analyze the different risk factors,combined diseases,blood glucose,blood lipid and blood pressure in two different age subgroups,and compare the level of hscrp,Fib and the situation of taking drugs in two groups patients.Results：The main risk factors of Middle-aged and young group are smoking,drinking,obesity or overweight,less exercise,and more hyperlipidemia;The main risk factors of old age group are more combined diseases and high-risk in the occurrence of cardiovascular events.Conclusion：The strategies of prevention to young and middle-aged group are lifestyle changes,including enhancing quitting smoking and limiting alcohol,increasing the appropriate exercise,controlling weight and regulating blood lipid;Old age group has poor blood pressure and abnormal blood biochemical,the strategies of prevention are improving lifestyle,at the same time they should control the blood pressure to the standards level,pay attention to the various biochemical indicators.
