68首祛风和血 补益肝肾治疗白癜风内服中药处方分析

摘　　要：白癜风为一种难治性的皮肤病,通过搜索多个医学数据库及查阅新旧文献,收集了共305个治疗白癜风的内服中药处方,对其治则进行了统计,得出使用频次最高的为"补益肝肾,活血祛风",出现频次为68次,并对68个内服处方的辨证特点、组方特点及用药频率进行了统计、分析。Vitiligo as a refractory skin disease,the author by searching the number of medical databases and access to new and old literature,collecting a total of 305 prescription medicine oral treatment of vitiligo,its treatment principles is carried out statistics,obtained using the highest frequency for the ＂replenishing liver and kidney,Dispel Feng and Huo Xue＂,appears 68 times the frequency,and 68 oral prescription dialectic characteristics,group characteristics and drug use frequency,the statistics and analysis.
