补肺平喘法对慢性阻塞性肺疾病肺功能改善的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察补肺平喘法对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)缓解期患者的影响。方法:将55例COPD患者随机分为两组。治疗组35例,用补肺平喘法综合治疗。对照组20例,用常规治疗,观察临床症状、肺功能、血液流变学改善情况。结果:两组对临床症状、肺功能、血液流变学均有改善;治疗后比较,补肺平喘综合治疗法均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:补肺平喘综合治疗法对COPD缓解期患者具有防治作用,对减缓COPD进展速度有积极的现实意义。Objective： The effect of the method of the utilization composite treatment（makes up lung to breathe heavily law to treat evenly） on patients suffered from COPD in catabasis was observed.Methods： 55 COPD patients were devided into two group s randomly,one was the treatment group which was treated with method of the composite treatment,and the other was the control group which routine treatment were performed.The clinical symptoms,such as frequency of catching cold,pulmonary function and hemorheology were observed.Results： Obvious improvement has occurred on clinical symptoms,pulmonary function and hemorheology in two groups.By comparison,the former group was better than the later（P0.05）.Conclusion： Method of the composite treatment（makes up lung to breathe heavily evenly law） can be used in catabasis of COPD.
