慢性胃痛中医证候的消化道X线征象研究 附:182例资料分析

摘　　要：为丰富中医胃痛证候诊断的内容，为中医胃痛的辨证提供消化道Ｘ线影象改变的客观指标，为防治胃痛和揭示胃痛证候的实质提供客观依据，对１６０例中医胃痛不同证候的患者其消化道Ｘ线征象进行了观察研究，并与正常人作对照，结果显示：气滞证以长型胃、低位胃、低张力胃及胃排空慢多见。郁热证以胃分泌增多，张力改变及器质性疾病多见。虚寒证以肠道动力减慢多见。To reach the purpose of enriching the knoeledge of Traditional Chinese Medicine diagnosis to gastralgia syndrome, providing objective indexes of X-ray changes of digestive tract and revealing the essential of gastralgia syndrom, the authors observed and researched the digestive tract X-ray signs of 160 cases of gastralgia syndrome. Through comparing with that of normal people, the results showed it was common that the X-ray signs of stagnation of vital energy sydrome were dolichopellic stomachus, bathygastria, hypotenic stomachus or gastric emptying slowed down; the signs of stagnated heated sydrome were gastric secrition increased, tenstion changed or organic disease; the signs of deficiency-cold syndrome were intestinal tract adynamia slowed down.
