摘 要:对长期不同培肥制度下黑土磷酸酶活性进行研究。结果表明,中性磷酸单酯酶活性最高,磷酸二酯酶活性次之,磷酸三酯酶活性最低。不同施肥处理中性磷酸单酯酶活性顺序为:NPK>NK>M1+N2PK>秸秆+N3PK>CK>M2+N1PK。磷酸二酯酶活性顺序为:M1+N2PK>M2+N1PK>秸秆+N3PK>CK>NK>NPK。磷酸三酯酶活性各处理间无显著差异。Organic phosphorus turnover is regulated by phosphatase.As most of the organic P inputs to soil are phosphate diesters and monoesters,it therefore seems likely that phosphomonoesterase and phosphodiesterase activities regulate organic P turnover in black soils.A long-term experiment was set up in Gongzhuling Long-term Fertilization Station of Jilin Province to investigate application of six fertilization treatments on soil phosphase enzyme activities.Treatments included Control,NP,NPK,NPK+M1(Farm yard manure),NPK+M2 and LH(out of cultue).Results suggested that NP and NPK treatments contained high phosphomonoesterase activities,low phosphodiesterase activities,whereas the reverse was true in NPK+M1 and NPK+M2 treatments.
