摘 要:通过对经不同途径形成的新鲜蚓粪和老化蚓粪进行35d的CO2呼吸动态测定,比较两种蚓粪有机碳呼吸的差异,从而加深对蚯蚓影响土壤有机碳库周转的理解。新鲜蚓粪由过1mm筛的潮土与红壤在不同植物残体施用下经蚯蚓(Metaphire guillelmi)48h作用形成,湿润老化的蚓粪也由上述两种土壤经同种蚯蚓30d培养生成。结果表明:新鲜蚓粪中有机碳的呼吸量均大于相应土壤中的,特别是施用玉米残体形成的蚓粪;老化蚓粪中,除红壤不施植物残体形成的老化蚓粪的呼吸量低于相应土壤外,其它老化蚓粪的呼吸量均大于相应土壤的。蚓粪的呼吸与土壤质地、有机碳含量、植物残体及蚓粪老化程度等有关。Based on a thirty-five-day respiration dynamic experiment of fresh cast and ageing cast formed from different approaches,the differences in organic carbon respiration were compared,which was helpful to understand the effects of earthworms on soil organic carbon turnover.Fresh cast was formed through earthworms activities for forty-eight hours with silty soil or clayed soil meshed through 1mm mesh and different plant residues in the presence of earthworms (Metaphire guillelmi).Moist aging cast was formed through earthworm incubation for thirty days with the same two soils.The results indicated that the organic carbon respiration in the fresh cast increased compared with the corresponding soil,especially in the fresh cast formed from soil with maize residues.The organic carbon respiration in the ageing cast increased compared with the corresponding soil except that in the cast formed from clayed soil.The organic carbon respiration in cast was associated with soil texture,soil organic content,plant residues and ageing degree of cast.
