摘 要:通过盆栽试验,利用人为污染的南京城郊菜地土壤,研究了Pb在小白菜体内的富集作用。结果表明:低浓度的Pb促进了小白菜的生长,而高浓度的Pb则抑制其生长。小白菜体内的Pb含量随着添加Pb浓度的增加而增加,并且与土壤添加Pb及土壤有效Pb的关系可以用指数函数拟合(P<0.001)。Pb在小白菜地上部的富集系数介于0.010~0.579之间,在根的富集系数介于0.437~5.167之间。通过小白菜可食用部位Pb含量与土壤添加Pb的直线回归,得到南京城郊菜地土壤Pb的毒性临界浓度为201.54mgkg-1。Pb enrichment in Brassica Chinensis was studied in a pot experiment using an artificially polluted vegetable soil collected from a suburb of Nanjing,Jiangsu Province.The results showed that Pb aded at low levels promoted the cabbage growth in term of the biomass,while with the increase of the Pb level,the growth of Brassica Chinensis turned to be inhibited and decreased in biomass.Pb concentration in Brassica Chinensis increased with the increase of Pb level added into the soil.The relationship between Pb in Brassica Chinensis and total or bioavailable Pb in soil could be described by exponential function (P〈0.001).The Pb enrichment coefficients in the shoot and the root were 0.010 0.579 and 0.437-5.167,respectively.The critical concentration of Pb in the vegetable soil was 201.54 mg kg,which was obtained via the liner regression between Pb contents in the edible part of Brassica Chinensis and Pb levels added into the soil.
