摘 要:为准确把握多种施工因素对大跨度弦支穹顶结构静力性能的影响,以济南奥体中心体育馆为例,基于有限元数值分析方法,建立了122m的大跨度弦支穹顶结构模型,计算分析了预应力拉索施工阶段支座的约束状态和预应力拉索施工全过程对大跨度弦支穹顶静力性能的影响以及上层网壳施工安装偏差和施工环境温度对其稳定性能的影响。分析结果表明,上述四类施工因素对该大跨度弦支穹顶结构的静力性能有不同程度的影响,因此,在大跨度弦支穹顶的结构设计与施工过程中,应综合考虑各类施工因素的影响以确保结构在各阶段的可靠度。In order to accurately grasp the static performances of long-span suspen-dome under various unfavorable construction factors, the steel roof of Jinan Gymnasium was taken as an example. Based on the finite element method, not only the influence of the boundary condition on long-span suspen-dome during the construction process was analyzed, but also the effect of the whole prestressed construction process was studied. In addition, considering the installation deviation of the upper single layer dome and the environmental temperature during the construction process, the stability analysis was performed. The results indicate that the influence of various construction factors on the structural performances is very obvious. Therefore, during the design and construction process of long-span suspen-dome, various construction factors must be comprehensively considered to ensure the reliability of the structure.
