摘　　要：我国旅游管理人才培养供需错位、人才结构不合理、培养目标不明确、层次定位模糊等问题日益严重,如何建立国际化的旅游管理人才培养模式成为旅游界最受关注的问题之一。本文分析了我国高等院校旅游管理专业人才培养模式现状,结合华南理工大学的香格里拉优才发展计划的实施经验,试图探讨适应我国高等院校旅游管理专业发展的国际化人才培养模式。The present training mode of tourism manpower can barely meet the hotel industry＇ s needs. It＇s more and more serious that the structures of manpower is not reasonable, nor the objective is explicit. How to establish an international training mode of the tourism manpower becomes a hot topic of tourism industry. In views of this, this paper aims to find a proper training mode with the experience of the SCUT-Shangri-La Hotel Management Class, and discuss the successful points of the program.
