脉冲染料激光治疗鲜红斑痣42例近期疗效分析

摘　　要：为了探讨脉冲染料激光治疗鲜红斑痣的疗效，用SPTL-1b型脉冲染料激光，照射鲜红斑痣（PWS），每2～3月重复1次，观察疗效。经3～8次治疗，42例患者的45处皮损共痊愈22处，显效21处，有效2处。有效率95．56％，面颈部，淡红斑，婴幼儿疗效好，本疗法副反应少。In order to study the therapeutic effects of pulsed dye laser therapy, in the treatment of nevus flammeus, 42 patients were treated with SPTL-1b pulsed dye laser at 2~3 monthly intervals, and assessed treatment results after every treatment. All patients went through 3~8 treatments 22 lesions were cured, 21 lesions had good blanching, 2 lesions had fair blanching The effective rate were 95.56%. Lesions localed on face and neck, pink lesions, infants and children less than 7 years old have good response to treatment, The side-effects produced by the treatment were mild.
