摘 要:为解决长距离顶管施工和检查井设置距离的矛盾,对新型沉管式检查井进行研究。采用"F"型钢筋混凝土管作为检查井井筒,采用下沉式施工工艺完成井筒安装,井筒之间的连接采用楔形橡胶圈止水。井底采用人工掏挖施工工艺挖至已完成管道管底,适当破碎已施工完毕的管道,将排水管道钢筋和管井基础钢筋绑扎在一起,浇筑混凝土,完成联通。详细介绍了该沉管检查井的材料准备和施工流程。To solve the contradiction between long distance pipe driving consdruction and inspection chamber setting distance, study on new type immersed tube inspection chamber has been carried out. "F" reinforced concrete tube is used as the inspection chamber shaft, and the shaft is constructed by immersed technology and connected with each other by wedge-shaped rubber ring water-seal. Manpower digging construction method is used to dig a channel to the tube bottom. Properly smash the completed tube, then bound the drainage pipe steel and the tube base steel together and cast concrete to connect them together. This paper illustrates thoroughly the material preparation and construction process of the immersed tube inspection chamber.
