管理学CSSCI检索期刊学术影响力分析

摘　　要：CSSCI的研究成功对于人文社会科学文献检索以及促进相关学科核心期刊的形成具有重要意义。针对CSSCI收录的管理学领域25种学术期刊，采用引文分析方法中的影响因子、总被引频次、被引期刊数、5年影响因子、即年指数、被引半衰期、他引率、指数、Web即年下载量、载文量、基金论文比指标对其进行全面的单指标学术影响力分析，根据引文分析评价指标及期刊实际数据，采用层次分析方法对CSSCI收录的管理学领域学术期刊进行综合评价，在此基础上，指出管理学CSSCI检索期刊学术影响力分析中反映出的问题，并给出改进建议。Chinese Social Sciences Citation Index （CSSCI） is a fundamental work for humanities and social sciences evaluation and core journals establishing in some subjects. Aiming at twenty-five management journals indexed by CSSCI, the paper takes eleven evaluation criteria, including impact factor, total cites, total cited journal data, five year impact factor, immediacy index, cited half life, ratio （total cites by other journals / total cites）, index, articles download by web, articles, ratio （articles supported by Found/articles） , to analyze their academy impacts. According to the evaluation criteria and the journals＇ data, a comprehensive assessment for the management journals is developed by analytic hierarchy process method. Finally, the paper analyses the existing problems and provides reform advice for management journals indexed by CSSCI.
