摘  要:目的以苦参为植物源,利用丙酮热回流法提取其活性成分,加入乳化剂TX-10,制备植物源消毒剂,并对其杀菌活性进行测定。方法杀菌活性测定采用悬液定量杀菌试验、模拟空气现场消毒和物体表面消毒的方法。结果悬液定量杀菌试验结果表明,低浓度组(消毒剂浓度为40 g/L)作用30 min对大肠埃希菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌的杀灭率≥99.9% 空气消毒实验结果表明,用消毒剂浓度15 g/L按30 mL/m^3超低容量喷雾消毒空气60 min,自然菌的消亡率为93.10%-95.06% 物体表面消毒结果表明,用消毒剂浓度30 g/L按100 mL/m^3容量消毒桌面30 min,对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠埃希菌的杀灭率≥99.9%。结论苦参提取物加入乳化剂TX-10配成植物源消毒剂,对细菌繁殖体有良好的杀灭效果,对空气自然菌和物体表面消毒效果能达到规定的消毒要求。Objective To research disinfection effect of matrine extraction. Methods The matrin extraction was made with acetone hot backflow method. Then the extraction was mixed with emulsifier TX-10 for disinfection test. The suspension quantitative germicidal test,air scene disinfection ,and object surface disinfection tests were carried out to evaluate disinfection effect of the extraction. Results The disinfection rate was above 99.9% when the Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans were exposed to low concentration of the extraction (40g/ L) for 30 minutes. The air scene disinfection test showed a disinfection rate of 93. 10% -95.06% for natural bacterium in the air at extraction concentration of 15 g/L for 60 minutes. Object surface disinfection test showed a disinfection rate of 99. 9% - 95.06% for Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus at the extraction concentration of 30 g/L for 30 minutes. Conclusion Matrine extraction has a good disinfection effect to bacterium vegetative form and natural bacterium in the air and on object surface.
