82名正常儿童红细胞叶酸、碱性铁蛋白水平测定及临床意义  被引量:2

摘  要:红细胞叶酸(FOA)及红细胞碱性铁蛋白(EF)不仅能正确地反映叶酸及铁在体内的储备情况,又不受炎症等因素的影响,因此比血清叶酸(FA)、血清铁蛋白(SF)具有更多的优越性。本文采用进口放免药盒对82名正常健康儿童进行了FOA及EF的正常参考数值的测定,结果显示:FOA呈正偏态分布,采用百分位数法计算的参考值范围,95%双侧范围为46.71~328.79nmol/L;EF亦呈正偏态分布,其百分位数法计算的参考值范围,95%双侧范围为12.12~99.69ag/RBC。Study the normal levels and clinical significance of FOA, EF. METHODS:We measured the levels of FOA and EF with RIA in 82 normal children. RESULTS: Thelevels of FOA and EF were 46. 71~328. 79 nmol/L and 12. 12/99. 69 ag/RBC respectively(p=0. 05), the range of two side in 95%. They both were geometric normal distribution.CONCLUSION: The results showed that the levels of FOA and EF were not affected by infections and were good indicators of storage of FA and iron in body. It is necessary to measure the levels of FA, SF, FOA, EF simultaneously to make early diagnosis of FA, Iron deficiency. The normal ranges of them should be established in Labs. as soon as possible.
