犬全心肌缺血与缺血-再灌注损伤的超微结构立体定量观察

摘  要:给三只犬在体外循环下主动脉阻断前、阻断后60min及再灌注45min取心肌活体做电镜标本,测定线粒体比表面(Specific surface)以衡量和比较心肌损伤。结果表明,缺血60min心肌无明显损伤,再灌注45min表现有广泛性和较严重的线粒体损伤,称缺血再灌注损伤。减少缺血/再灌注损伤是当前心肌保护工作中的中心课题。Myocardium biopsys were taken from three dogs' hearts before arrest, or 60 min after arrest with reperfusion for 45 min in extra-corporeal circulation. Myocardium specimens were prepared for electron microscopy, in which the specific surface (δ) of mitochondria was measured to judge and compare the injury in myocardium. Results showed that 60 min after arrest mitochondria δ was in normal range, however, 45 min after reperfusion an extensive and serious mitochondria swelling appeared, known as ischemic/reperfusion injury. To reduce this injury is the central task in the portcction of myocardium.
