摘　　要：本文在介绍了超细粉煤灰制备工艺流程,以及对系统功能分析的基础上,以研华的ADAM5000数据采集模块为下位机和以组态王为上位机,设计了超细粉煤灰制备过程在线监控系统。详细对该系统的硬件设计原理及其选型配置,数据监控和采集软件的组态功能进行了阐述。通过实际现场调试结果表明,该控制系统完全达到该制备过程的自动化要求。This paper introduce utra-fine fly preparation production-line, and analyze foundation of the system. Advantech＇s ADAMS000 data acquisition module for Under-bit machine and Kingview for PC,successful designed the Monitor and Control System for Utra-fine Fly Preparation. Describe the system hardware design principle and selection configuration, data monitoring and collec- tion of software configuration features o Running through the actual scene showed that the control system is fully prepared to meet the requirements of process automation.
