摘　　要：针对当前C4ISR在炮兵指挥信息系统中作用的不断提高,分析并提出了炮兵C4ISR通信分系统的效能指标体系,利用模糊综合评判方法,定性和定量分析相结合,对该分系统效能进行了静态评估,具有一定的参考价值。Nowadays, the function of C41SR is rising in the artillery command information systems. This paper analyzes and puts for- ward the performance indicators systems of communication subsystems of artillery C41SR. It makes the static assessment of the perfor- mance of subsystems by fuzzy synthetic evaluation and qualitative and quantitative analysis. It has some reference value on the ar- tillery command information systems.
