复方葛根通经活血合剂中葛根素的含量测定

摘　　要：目的:建立复方葛根通经活血合剂中葛根素的HPLC含量测定方法。方法:色谱柱为Kromasil C_(18)柱(250 mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-水(26:74);流速:1.2 ml·min^(-1);检测波长250 nm;柱温:30℃。结果:葛根素在0.06～0.33μg范围内具良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9);平均回收率为99.43%,RSD=1.77%(n=6)。结论:该方法简便,准确,重复性好,可用于复方葛根通经活血合剂中葛根素的含量测定。Objective ： To establish an HPLC method for determination the content of puerarin in compound gegen tongjing huoxue mixtures. Method： The Kromasil Cls column （250 mm ×4. 6 mm,5 μm） was used;the mobile phase was methanol-water （26： 74） ;the flow rate was 1.2 ml. min - 1 ; the detection wavelength was 250 nm ; the Column temperature was 30 ℃. Result ： The linear range of puerarin was 0. 06-0. 33 μg （r =0. 999 9） ;the average recovery was 99. 43% ,RSD = 1.77% （n =6）. Condusion： The method is sim- ple,accurate and repeatable, It can be used for determination the content of puerarin in compound gegen tongjing huoxue mixtures.
