县级中医院适应社区护理服务需求的对策思考

摘　　要：县级中医院承担社区卫生服务。据现状调查,对社区护理服务的需求很高,但提供的护理服务与需求不相适应,原因主要是护士技能不相适应、社区护理服务管理不相适应。为适应社区护理服务需求,应认识上到位,管理上强化,抓紧培养社区护理人才。社区护理教育的目标,要立足于能否使社区护理服务的需求得到满足。County hospitals of traditional Chinese medicine undertake the role of community care. Based on the slatus, community care has high demand, but current nursing service can not match the demands of community care. The main reasons are nursing skill and community care management can not meet the new demands. To meet the community care demands, it is considered to enhance community care conception and management and to training community nurses. The goal of community care education is to meet the demands of community care.
