摘　　要：基于ARM的视频监控系统在工业、军事、民用领域有着广泛的应用,其中视频采集的实现是视频监控系统中的关键技术。本设计的目的在于实现对模拟摄像机采集到的模拟视频信号进行A/D转换,压缩编码,以便于数字视频信号在无线网络上传输。模拟视频信号首先经过SAA7113H视频解码芯片来实现A/D转换,然后通过S3C2440处理器来实现对模拟视频信号压缩编码。经过实验证明本设计采集效果良好,完全能够满足视频监控系统的要求。Video monitoring systems based on ARM have a wide range of applications in the industrial,military and civilian fields. The video capture is the key technology in the video monitoring system. The purpose of the design is to realize analog video signal A/D conversion, compression coding upon the analog video signal collected by analog camera, in order to facilitate the digital video signal transmission over wireless networks. First, analog video signal was converted into digital signal when through SAATI13H video decoder chip, then realize the analog video signal compression encoding when through the S3C2440 processor. After the experiment, it was proved that the effectiveness of the design is good, fully able to meet the requirements of video monitoring systems.
