摘 要:以C5馏分和少量丙烯为原料,采用正离子聚合反应,合成出了更易于乳化制成施胶剂的改性石油树脂。结果表明其最佳合成工艺条件为:热聚温度130℃、热聚压力0.70MPa、反应温度40℃、反应时间3h、催化剂质量分数1.8%、溶剂体积分数40%,在该工艺条件下产品色相达到8(Gardnar级),收率大于52%,软化点小于80℃,熔融黏度250mPa.s左右。The modified C5 petroleum resin is synthesized by cationic polymerization with C5 fraction and small amount of propylene as raw material. A sizing agent can be easily made by emulsifying this modified resin. The results show that the optimal conditions of synthesis is as follows: 130℃ as the thermal polymerization temperature, 0.70 MPa as the thermal polymerization pressure,40℃as the reaction temperature, 3 hours of reaction time, 1.8% (mass fraction) as the catalyst used, 40% (volume fraction) as the dissolvent used. Under the optimal conditions, the hue of product can reach Gardnar level 8, the yield coefficient can surpass 52%, the softening point can be lower than 80℃, and the melt viscosity can be about 250 mPa·s.
