摘  要:依据层次分析法原理,从经济、环境和资源化3个影响因素建立电石渣资源化途径优选的递阶层次结构模型。以山东某化工厂生产废物电石渣为研究案例,从电石渣组成成分与含量分析的角度出发,结合电石渣各资源化途径独特要求,探讨电石渣资源化特性与资源化途径的密切关系,拟合出电石渣的各种资源化特性,作为结构模型中的资源化因子。然后分别对模型中的3个影响因素进行定性和半定量化处理,最终实现电石渣资源化途径优选的决策评价。The Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) is used to select the best ways available for the utilization of carbide slag, combining the economic, environmental and resource factors which are processed qualitatively and semi-quantitatively through constructing the hierarchical structure model of the preferred resourced approaches to carbide slag. Taking the carbide slag produced by a chemical plant in Shandong Province as an example, the composition and content analysis of the carbide slag are studied along with the specific demand from exploring ways of carbide slag as a resource. The relationship between the characteristics of carbide slag and approaches of reusing it are studied to investigate into the characteristics of reusing different types of carbide slag, which provides resource factor for the AHP. And the policy-making analysis and evaluation on optimal schemes for carbide slag utilization approaches are carried out.
