采用二次铁尾矿改性添加剂制备球团试验研究

摘　　要：采用姑山矿业公司二次铁尾矿进行改性处理,制备成一种新型铁矿球团添加剂,在实验室进行了造球及焙烧试验。研究结果表明:配加改2和改4添加剂1.7%,即可获得性能较好的生球,生球落下强度分别为2.2次/个和2.4次/个,抗压强度分别为17.00 N/个和17.85 N/个,爆裂温度>600℃;成品球抗压强度分别为3 141 N/个和3 174N/个,球团质量接近于配加1.7%膨润土的球团。A new type of iron ore additive for pelletizing was prepared by using modified secondary iron ore tailings of Gushan Mining Co., and the balling and indurating experiments were conducted in the lab. The results showed that, with addition of 1.7 % Modifed - 2 and Modifed - 4 additive respectively, good performance green bails can be obtained, the green ball drop index is 2.2 times/P and 2.4 times/P respectively, the respective compression strength is 17.00 N/p and 17.85 N/ p, and the cracking temperature is all over 600℃, the respective compression strength of product pellet is 3 141 N/p and 3 174 N/p, and the pellet quality is close to that with addition of 1.7 % bentonite.
