摘  要:烧结固体燃料破碎过程受多方面因素的影响,具有粒度波动性较大及人为影响大的特点。根据固体燃料燃烧理论和颗粒比表面积变化规律,找出了燃料粒度波动对烧结过程的影响,结合宝钢烧结的实际条件和生产经验,对固体燃料粒度波动做到了较准确的判断,并制定了相应的生产调整措施,确保了宝钢烧结生产的稳定,达到了降低固体能耗的目的。The solid fuel crushing process of sintering is influenced by many factors, it has characteristics of high particle size fluctuation and big man-made influence. According to the theory of solid fuel combustion and the regular pattern of variation of particle specific surface area, we try to find out the influence of fuel particle size fluctuation on the sintering process. In combination with the actual condition of Baosteel and production experience, we made an accurate judgment about variation of solid fuel particle size, and we developed corresponding production adjustment measures, thus the stability of sintering production was ensured and the purpose of reducing energy consumption was reached.
