柳州地区性病患者衣原体抗体水平的检测

摘　　要：1989年12月,在广西柳州地区对132例性病患者和108名正常成年人的血清用IHA作了衣原体抗体检测。结果表明,性病患者衣原体抗体阳性率为44.44％,GMT为1:8.71;正常成年人抗体阳性率为44.44％,GMT为1:5.66,提示柳州地区生殖道衣原体感染较为普遍。对研究衣原体性病的意义、感染特点和高发原因等进行了讨论。In Dee. of 1989, in the Liuzhou District (LZD) of Guangxi, 123 sera from Patients with traditional venereal diseases of chancroid, syphilis, and gonorrhoea and 108 sera from healthy adults were detected for the antibody to Chlamydia with IHA. Results showed that the Positive rate was 72.35%,GMT 1:8.71 in the Patients, whereas 44.44% and 1:5.66 respectively in the healthy adults, indicating that the infections in genital system caused by Chlamydia might exist in LZD. The significance and characteristics of Chlamydial infectial in the urogenital system and the reasons for higher positive rate in those Patients with veneral diseases were discussed.
