武汉市青年高收入人群避孕节育现状与服务需求分析

摘　　要：目的:了解武汉市青年高收入人群的避孕节育现状及该人群对避孕节育服务的需求情况,为推广避孕节育适宜技术提供参考。方法:首先在武汉市随机抽取3个青年高收入人群集中的社区,典型抽取238人进行避孕节育相关知识、态度、性行为、服务利用及需求等问题的匿名问卷定量调查,然后按该课题设计的相关问题分别进行小组定性访谈。结果:武汉市青年高收入人群避孕节育知识掌握较差;青年高收入人群的性观念及性行为开放,男性的婚前性行为达21.40%,而有过性行为的高收入青年中,有效避孕措施使用率低,有32.23%未采取避孕措施,意外妊娠的发生率高达50%;91.98%的高收入青年认为有必要接受生殖健康与避孕节育教育。结论:青年高收入人群的避孕节育现状不容乐观,服务需求迫切。亟需对青年高收入人群开展有关避孕节育知识的宣教,推广避孕节育适宜技术,促进安全、有效避孕措施的使用,真正提高性与生殖健康水平。Objective： To understand the contraception status and service requirements of high - income youth in Wuhan, provide a basis for promoting appropriate technologies of contraception and birth control. Methods： Three high income youth focused communities were selected randomly in Wuhan, 238 typical respondents were selected and asked to finish an anonymous questionnaire about contraception -related knowledge, attitudes, sexual behavior, service utilization and requirements, then they were interviewed according to related issues designed in the study. Results： The knowledge of contraception and birth control in high income youth in Wuhan was poor, the sexual attitudes and behavior were open, 21.40% of the male respondents had premarital sexual behavior, and 32. 23% of them did not take any contraceptive measures, the rate of unintended pregnancy was 50% ; 91.98% of the respondents considered that it was necessary to receive reproductive health and contraception education. Conclusion. The contraception status among high income youth is not optimistic, their demands for service are high. It is urgent to develop education of contraception knowledge among high income youth, to popularize appropriate technologies of contraception and birth control, to promote safe and effective contraception measures and to improve the level of reproductive health and sexual health really.
